  • 20 chocolate-striped cookies
  • Orange decorating icing
  • 20 Hershey’s kisses

Steps to Make Witch Hat Halloween Cookies

1. Place each cookie on your work surface with the solid chocolate side facing up.

2. Apply about 1/2 teaspoon of orange icing on the bottom of the cookies and to the Hershey’s kiss.

3. Turn the kiss upside down and center it over the cookie’s hole, pressing gently to secure it in place.

4. Finish with sprinkles if desired.
