- Reese’s miniature peanut butter cups
- Soft caramel squares, unwrapped
- Reese’s pieces
- Pumpkin spice M&M’s
- Cadbury harvest blend chocolates
- White chocolate dipped pretzels

Steps to make a turkey charcuterie board
1. Line your serving platter with parchment. Pick a dish that is preferably round and at least 12-16 inches to allow plenty of space.
2. Cut the pirouette cookies into fourths or about 1 inch size pieces. Cut a red Cadbury candy in fourths as well (can use red M&M’s as a substitute). Set aside.
3. Beginning with the larger pieces – place 5-6 maple leaf cookies at the bottom of the circle.
4. Arrange two layers of the white chocolate covered pretzels around the remaining edge of the circle toward the top and sides.
5. Place a second, slightly smaller arch of ginger snap cookies just inside the pretzels, layering for a fuller look.

6. Layer Reese’s miniature peanut butter cups on top of the maple cookies to form the turkey’s chest.
7. Add candy eyes to the top Reese’s cup for eyes.
8. Use a candy corn for the beak and the cut red Cadbury or M&M as the wattle.

9. Place dried apricots in an arc just above the maple cookies, following the curve of the body.
10. Line the cut pirouette cookies in a curved arc below the gingersnaps.

11. Place soft caramel squares along the inner curve of the Pirouette layer.
12. Inside the caramel ring, arrange alternating rows of Reese’s cups, Reese’s Pieces, and pumpkin spice M&M’s.

13. Start with Reese’s cups, then add the bright candies in the center for a pop of fall color.
14. Add Cadbury Harvest Blend chocolates along the outer edges of the pretzels and ginger snaps to give the feathers depth and a finished look.

15. If desired, scatter a few extra Reese’s Pieces or pumpkin spice M&M’s around the edges of the board for color.
Assembled board can be stored loosely covered at room temp for up to 2 days. Individual items can be separated and stored in covered containers for up to 7 days (some items longer) at room temperature.
