Cheerful M&M Spring Flower Pretzels: Quick & Easy Recipe!

How adorable are these little Spring flower pretzels? You can make them in less than 10 minutes, and the recipe couldn’t be easier! Once you see how simple and fun they are to make, they’ll become a go-to treat every Spring.

These are perfect as a fun kids’ lunchbox dessert, a cheerful addition to a Spring dessert table at a party, or a creative touch for a garden-themed charcuterie board. They also make a sweet homemade gift to brighten someone’s day.

I personally paired them with my cute Easter bunny pretzels and carrot M&M pretzels for an Easter treat for my kids. My kids obviously loved these flowers the best because they had the most M&M’s.

The star of this recipe is M&M’s (I used pastel-colored M&M’s to create the flower petals). Each pretzel holds a candy melt as the base, with a ring of colorful M&M’s forming the petals and a contrasting M&M in the center as the flower’s bright bloom.

3. Sort M&M’s into sets for each flower: one M&M of one color for the middle and six M&M’s of another color for the petals. Set aside.

4. Put the baking sheet in the oven to warm for 3 minutes. Baking time will vary depending on candy melt brand so watch this step closely. You want the candy melts to soften but not fully melt.

5. Working quickly, press one whole M&M into the softened candy melt as the flower center and press the six petal M&M’s around it. Repeat for each pretzel as quickly as possible before the candy melt cools.

6. Allow pretzels to cool fully before removing from the baking sheet.

7. Repeat the process until you make the desired number of flower pretzels. I recommend doing them in the smaller batches so you can place the M&M’s before the candy melts cool.
