Cute Strawberry Snowmen: White Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
Looking for a creative holiday dessert? These white chocolate-covered strawberries are dressed up like little snowman faces, and they’re just as cute as they are delicious.
It’s a simple idea that doesn’t require fancy decorating skills. And they come together quickly with just a few ingredients. The strawberries dipped in melted white chocolate to look like snow, then are decorated with sprinkles and frosting to look like a snowman.
I really like these as a Christmas dessert for kids because they’re festive and are fruit-based. They’re fun for adults too though! They’d work well on a Christmas dessert charcuterie board, as a fun holiday party dessert or as a cute kids’ Christmas snack.
Let’s make some snowmen! ⛄🍓

Ingredients

Steps to Make Strawberry Snowmen
1. Melt chocolate as directed on the bag. Microwaves and chocolate brands will vary; I use 50% setting and start with thirty seconds increments, stir, then repeat until melted.

TIP: If the chocolate is too thick, you can had a few drops of neutral oil like coconut oil to improve the consistency.
2. Skew a strawberry and then dip it in the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper. Immediately add the eyes and nose. Repeat with the remaining strawberries

TIP: If the chocolate dries too fast, add a drop of the melted chocolate to the back of the eyes and nose before pressing onto the strawberry.

3. Once chocolate has hardened, use the black gel to draw on dots to make the snowman mouth
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve
