Easy Reindeer Cookies with Biscoff
These adorable reindeer Christmas cookies are proof that the cutest holiday desserts are often the simplest ones. Biscoff cookies get dipped in chocolate and transformed into Rudolph cookies with just a few well-placed candies and pretzels.
The key is working quickly once you dip the cookies so you can get all the decorations on before the chocolate sets. They’re such a low stress Christmas cookie recipe too because they’re still charming with an imperfect antler or two.
They’re perfect Christmas cookies for kids to make since there’s no actual baking involved, and they look impressive enough to give as Christmas gifts or bring to a Christmas cookie swap.
Let’s make some reindeer cookies!

Ingredients
- 10 oz milk chocolate wafers or melting chocolate
- 8 Biscoff cookies
- 8 small pretzels (broken in half for antlers)
- 8 red M&M’s
- 16 candy eyes

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt chocolate wafers according to package directions. I microwave in 30 second intervals at half power, stirring in between.
3. Dip a Biscoff cookie halfway in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. You can also fully dip the cookie if you prefer that look.

4. Working quickly before chocolate sets, press one red M&M in center for nose, two pretzel halves at top for antlers, and two candy eyes above the nose.
5. Repeat dipping cookies and placing candies, warming the chocolate again if needed.

6. Let chocolate set completely before serving. You can pop in the fridge for 10 minutes to set if you live somewhere warm.
