Easy Peanut Butter Brownies: Rich, Fudgy, and Quick to Make

You have to try these fudgy brownies with a decadent peanut butter twist. The swirl of creamy peanut butter makes them so delicious you’d never know they use cake mix as a quick recipe hack.

The best part of these brownies? Clearly the big swirls of creamy peanut butter. The peanut butter really elevates them so they taste like from-scratch brownies and not your average cake-mix recipe.

Whether you need an easy dessert or just want something a little more indulgent, these brownies are for you.

Let’s bake some brownies!

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

3. Place a parchment paper in your square tin and pour the mixture evenly.

4. Drizzle peanut butter over the mixture, you can add as little or as much you like. If your peanut butter brand is thick, thin it a little with water until it’s drizzle consistency.

5. I love peanut butter so I add 4 tablespoons instead of 2 – this recipe is easily adjustable to taste so feel free to add more.

6. Bake for 15-18 minute or until inserted toothpick comes clean. Leave it to cool it down on a cooling rack then cut into little squared.

7. Enjoy!
