Lucky Charms Caramel Pretzels
These Lucky Charms Caramel Pretzel Bites are a fun and awesome snack that’s salty, sweet, and crunchy. They’re festive for St. Patrick’s Day or anytime you need a cheerful or rainbow-y treat.
The recipe is super simple. You use candy caramels and sandwich them between pretzel snaps. Then they’re dipped in white chocolate and topped with green sprinkles and Lucky Charms marshmallows.
My kids favorite thing at a hotel breakfast is to get bowls of Lucky Charms and only eat the marshmallows, so they gave this recipe an easy 5-stars.
The salty-sweet combo is totally addictive for adults too. These are fun to put out for St. Patrick’s Day, spring parties, or just a colorful fun snack for kids.
Let’s make some pretzel bites!

Ingredients

Steps to make Lucky Charms Caramel Pretzels
1. Lay out pretzels on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Cut caramels into thirds and place on half of the pretzels. Put a second pretzel on top and slowly press together to not break the pretzels.

2. Melt chocolate wafers as directed on the bag. As microwave and chocolate brands vary, refer back to the package directions. I personally do 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between, until melted.

3. Dip pretzels into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper and cover with sprinkles. Let dry.
4. Using a pastry brush or the tip of your finger, brush chocolate onto the backs of the lucky charms marshmallows and add them to the top of the pretzels.
5. Let harden before removing from parchment and serving. If you live somewhere hot, you can pop them in the fridge to help the setting process.

4. Store in airtight container.
