Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (fully frozen, about 4-5 scoops)
  • ⅓ cup sugar cookie dough or other mix-ins (feel free to adjust the amount based on your preference)
  • Optional: rainbow sprinkles

Steps to make Viral Copycat Blizzard with Sugar Cookie Dough

1. Chill your stand mixer bowl in freezer for at least 10 minutes before.

2. Add ice cream to a stand mixer and blend on medium for 30 seconds until thick and creamy. Don’t overblend, it will get soupy with too much blending.

3. Add in mix-ins and blend only until mix-ins are incorporated. Scrape down sides as needed.

4. Garnish with extra sprinkles or crumbled mix-ins.
