Steps to make Home-made Pink Orange Donuts
1. In a small medium bowl mix dry ingredient: flour, yeast, and sugar. Mix it with spatula then add eggs. Continue mixing the dough, add milk and butter.


2. Try to form a rounded dough. Cover the mixture with kitchen towel and put aside somewhere warm to raise for about 2 hours.

3. Divide the dough into 6 portions. Roll each into a ball, flatten into a small discs and place onto a parchment paper, sprinkle your surface with flour.
4. Cut out the center hole using a round 3/4 inch cutter (you can also use your hand if needed).


5. Heat your oil in a pan for frying. Once hot, carefully put in each donut, cooking one or two at a time, for about 2 minutes per side. Place on a paper towel lined plate and let cool.

6. While donuts cool, prepare icing. Add water to powdered sugar and mix it slowly.
7. Pour icing onto each your donut and decorate them sprinkles

- ½ cup superfine sugar
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- ½ cup butter

- 2 tbsp water

Instructions

- Preheat frying oil in a pan and carefully place each donut, cook 1-2 at a time for about 2 minutes then flip on the other side. Place on a plate and leave to cool.
- While donuts cool, prepare icing by adding water to powdered sugar and mix it slowly. Pour the glaze onto each your donut and decorate them with sprinkles
