Cute Grinch Snowball Cookies with Peanut Butter
These Christmas Peanut Butter Balls put a fun Grinch-themed twist on a classic snowball cookie! Easy to make and even easier to eat, these little bites will disappear fast!
Similar to Buckeye Balls but with powdered sugar instead of the chocolate coating, these peanut butter snowballs are soft, sweet, and packed with peanut butter flavor.
Green food coloring gel is added to the mix to make them that festive Grinch-y color. They’re topped with a little heart candy to symbolize the iconic heart that grew three times its size.
These snowballs are the perfect no-bake Christmas cookies for cookie trays, Christmas gift boxes, or just fun Christmas treats to spread some holiday cheer.
