Cute M&M Carrot Pretzels: an Easy 3-Ingredient Snack
How cute are these little carrot pretzels? You can make them in less than 10-minutes and the recipe couldn’t be easier. Once you try them and see how simple they are, they’ll be on your list to make every year.
These would make a fun addition to an Easter lunch box, a cute salty-sweet Easter dessert or as a creative addition to an Easter charcuterie board. They’d also work well as a garden-themed dessert.
I like to pair them with these cute bunny pretzels and these cheerful Spring flower pretzels.
The star of this recipe is M&M’s (I used regular color M&M’s and sorted out the orange and green ones). Each pretzel puts together a few orange M&M’s to make the carrot and a green M&M half tops it as the carrot greens.
Let’s make some carrots!

Ingredients

Steps to make 3-Ingredient Carrot Pretzels
1. Preheat the oven to 250 F.
2. Arrange pretzels on a baking sheet. On each pretzel, put one candy melt chip.

3. Cut green M&M in half for carrot stems.

4. Sort M&M’s into carrot sets, with half a green M&M and three orange M&M’s. Set aside.
5. Put the baking sheet in the oven to warm for 3 minutes. Baking time will vary depending on candy melt brand so watch this step closely. You want the candy melts to soften but not fully melt.
6. Working quickly, press the three orange M&M’s into the softened candy melt in a triangle shape and press in the green half M&M on the top as a leaf. Repeat for each pretzel as quickly as possible before the candy melt cools.

7. Allow pretzels to cool fully before removing from the baking sheet.
8. Repeat the process until you make the desired number of carrot pretzels. I recommend doing them in the smaller batches so you can place the M&M’s before the candy melts cool.
