Crumbl Cookies & Cream Milkshake Cookies (Copycat Recipe)

Ingredients
Cookies:
- 3 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 c unsalted butter, softened
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 10 Oreos, crushed

Frosting:
- ½ c unsalted butter, softened
- 3 c powdered sugar
- 3 T milk or heavy cream
- 1 t vanilla
- ½ t salt
- 6 Oreos, crushed
- Mini Oreos, to decorate
Steps to make Oreo Milkshake Cookies
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. Beat softened butter and sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend thoroughly, scraping bowl sides frequently.
5. Gently fold in crushed Oreos until evenly dispersed throughout dough.

6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets using a large ice cream scoop.
7. Bake about 10 minutes until centers look set.
8. Cool completely on baking sheets.
9. For frosting: While cookies cool, beat softened butter with half the powdered sugar on low speed. Continue mixing until incorporated.

10. Add milk, salt, vanilla, and remaining powdered sugar. Mix on low, then increase to medium speed and whip until fluffy and creamy.
11. Fold in crushed Oreos until evenly mixed.
12. Spread a thin frosting layer over each cooled cookie. Top each cookie with one mini Oreo.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
