Let’s make some truffles!

Ingredients
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 cup eggnog
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
- Powdered sugar for coating
- Additional white chocolate for drizzle garnish (optional)

Steps to Make Truffles
1. Gently heat eggnog, butter, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat until barely simmering. Don’t let it boil or the eggnog may curdle.
2. Pour the warm eggnog mixture over chopped white chocolate and let stand for 3-5 minutes.

3. Stir until completely smooth. If chocolate pieces remain, microwave in 10-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted.
4. Mix in salt, chopped cranberries, and chopped pistachios. Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 15 minutes until firm enough to shape.
5. Scoop mixture and roll into balls using your hands. Roll each truffle in powdered sugar to coat.

6. If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate and garnish with additional chopped pistachios and cranberries.
