Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag blue candy melts
  • 7 mini Oreos
  • 12 mini Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies
  • 14 candy eye sprinkles (7 pairs)

Steps to make Cookie Monster Bark

1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the blue candy melts at 50% power for 1 minute. Continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted. (Check package instructions as melting times may vary by brand.)

3. Pour the melted blue candy onto the prepared parchment paper. Use a small spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it into an even layer.

4. Arrange the candy eyes in pairs across the bark.

5. Break the mini Oreos in half and place each half under a pair of candy eyes to create Cookie Monster mouths.
