Steps to make Cinnamon Pecan Cream Cheese Muffins
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners or grease them.
2. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and egg until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. In another bowl, mix together the water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
