Biscoff Rudolph Cookies

How cute are these no bake Reindeer cookies? They are so simple to make too! They are a nice salty sweet treat thanks to the salt from the pretzel antlers.
Eggnog Truffles

Using a classic Christmas drink, these eggnog truffles are a fun and unique Christmas cookie. They’re also a no-bake Christmas treat and they come together quickly.
Christmas Tree Oreos

Oreo Christmas tree cookies are as cute as they are easy. They are a no bake Christmas treat and are easy enough for kids to decorate.
Snow Globe Oreos

Snow Globe Oreos are another no bake Christmas Oreo using candy melts and sprinkles. You can personalize them with whatever sprinkles you have on hand for a cute Christmas cookie.
Oreo Truffles

The first time I had Oreo Truffles was on a Christmas cookie tray we were gifted and it was love at first sight. Then it turns out they’re so simple to make, you basically have to add them to your Christmas cookie baking list.
Grinch-Inspired Peanut Butter Snowballs

Grinch-Inspired Peanut Butter Snowballs are similar to Buckeye Balls but with powdered sugar instead of the chocolate coating. A little green food coloring and a heart sprinkle puts a fun Grinch-themed twist on a classic treat.
Gingerbread Cookies with Cranberry

Gingerbread Cookies with Cranberry are a unique spin on gingerbread cookies. The soft cookie base brings all the cozy spice you expect from Christmas cookies, while the cranberry filling adds a tangy contrast.
Melting Snowman Sugar Cookies

How cute are these snowmen cookies? The best part is that they’re really easy to make.
Here’s how to make them:
- Bake up some break-and-bake sugar cookies per package instructions
- While the cookies are baking, decorate marshmallows as snowman heads with frosting or edible food pens
- Add some white frosting or melted white candy melts (melt per package instructions) as “melted snow”
- Stick on one marshmallow per cookie to the “melted snow”
- Decorate snowman arms, buttons, and scarf with icing.
Christmas M&M Cookies

These M&M Christmas cookies are perfect for chocolate lovers. Not only do they have lots of M&M’s, they also are loaded with chocolate chips.
Golden Oreo Balls

Another spin on the Oreo truffle, this time with golden oreos. Golden Oreo Balls have a creamier, more neutral flavor than regular Oreo balls and are great for anyone who doesn’t like chocolate.
Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies with Almond Flour

Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies are a traditional Christmas cookie and one of my favorites. My version uses almond flour and less sugar, making them a more satisfying and filling cookie. I eat them like a snack sometimes since they have more healthy fat and protein.
Nutter Butter Reindeer

Here’s another version of a reindeer cookie, this time using nutter butters. They’re easy to make using just some melted chocolate and decorations.
How to make reindeer nutter butters:
- Break in half pretzels for antlers and make groups of 2 candy eyes and 1 red M&M so you’re ready to quickly decorate
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper so cookies don’t stick
- Melt chocolate or chocolate candy melts per package instructions
- Dip each nutter butter fully in chocolate
- Working quickly, dip ends of pretzels in chocolate and press gently into dipped nutter butter. Add eyes and nose.
- Repeat with the rest of the cookies
Reindeer Sugar Cookies

Here’s one more version of reindeer cookies and they may be the easiest ones yet.
How to make them:
- Bake break-and-bake sugar cookies per package instructions
- Let cookies fully cool
- Use icing to draw on antlers and little dot eyes
- Add a dollop of icing and adhere a red M&M or red hot as a nose.
