Caramel Pretzel Bites: Fun & Easy Sweet Snack
These Caramel Pretzel Bites are a cute snack that are sweet, salty and cheerful. I love them as an Easter snack for kids or as a colorful party snack.
The recipe is easy and you can make them ahead. Candy caramels are stuck between two pretzel snaps to make a pretzel sandwich. You dip the sandwiches in white chocolate and decorate with any sprinkles to fit your occassion
My kids are super into rainbows right now and we’re close to Easter so these are sporting pretty pastel rainbow sprinkles with cute carrot sprinkles, which they love. But you can use any type of sprinkles or garnish, so these can be great for any time of party.
The salty-sweet combo is totally addictive for adults too. These are fun to put out for a movie night treat, a sweet party snack or a just-because colorful fun snack for kids.
Let’s make some pretzel bites!

Ingredients

Steps to make Easter Caramel Pretzels
1. Spread out pretzels on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Cut caramels into thirds and place on half of the pretzels. Put a second pretzel on top and slowly press together to not break the pretzels.

2. Melt chocolate wafers as directed on the bag. As microwave and chocolate brands vary, refer back to the package directions. I personally do 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between, until melted.

3. Dip pretzels into the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper and cover with sprinkles. Let set.
TIP: If you live somewhere hot, you can pop them in the fridge for 10 minutes to help them set.

4. Store in airtight container.
